Using the steep terrain at Wild Iris as your training ground, you'll work on pacing yourself for efficient redpoint attempts, resting strategies (how long, how to breathe, how to position your body), identifying unobvious rest stances, understanding the science of recovery and pump, and the mental and physical tactics to manage endurance on big efforts.

Skill Level: Regularly leading 5.10 or harder.
A GriGri or equivalent device is required for this clinic; ATCs will not be permitted for belaying.
