with James DuPont. James has been practicing yoga since 2010 and is excited to bring an easy vinyasa flow coupled with beers (for those over 21). Modifications are offered for all levels.

Yoga and beer? What more could you ask for? Besides drinking a tasty beer (after class), you can expect mindfulness, movement and breath. We will move through a few flows, holding postures and exploring different modifications. We will end with some deep stretching and a moment of reflection and meditation. This class will leave you calm, centered, and light in body and mind. All levels welcome! FREE.

Lander Yoga Collective: Hip and Shoulder Flow

Friday Morning (July 12th, 2024)

with Evan Horn. As a lifelong learner, Evan has been drawn to yoga (200hr YTT 2019), massage therapy (LMT since 2018), self myofascial release (Yoga TuneUp certified since 2020), and bodyweight mobility and calisthenics. While he enjoys traditional yoga, his teaching focus has gravitated to self myofascial release, inspired by Jill Miller from TuneUp Fitness.

Wake up and warm up your hips and shoulders in preparation for a day of climbing! Enjoy a morning class focused on increasing functional range of motion and increasing stability in the hips and shoulders. This class will combine traditional Yoga poses and functional movement exercises. Modifications are offered for all levels. No sign-up need in advance. FREE.

Lander Yoga Collective: Morning Yoga for Climbers

Saturday Morning (July 13th, 2024)

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

with Maggie Gowen. Maggie moved to Lander in 2000 from Oklahoma to teach high school science. After retiring in 2015, she completed her RYT 200 hour certification through Yoga Alliance and has been drawn to teach yoga since then because of how it has transformed her life.

This morning session will focus on opening the hips, quads and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve balance. This class combines elements of vinyasa flow and yoga postures at a slow, low-intensity, to work up a sweat and tone your body. Modifications are offered for all levels. No sign-up need in advance. FREE.

Sunday Morning (July 14th, 2024)

with Annie Reber. Annie began studying Kundalini Yoga in 1997. After traveling the world in 2010 she was inspired to start teaching. In 2011 Annie took all that she had learned and brought it to share with the community. Annie has a daily yoga practice and hopes to inspire others to develop their own daily practice.
