JOB TITLE: International Climbers’ Festival (ICF) Festival Coordinator

Love community, climbing culture, and making big events come to life? WyoClimbers is looking for an organized, adaptable coordinator to help bring the International Climbers’ Festival to the ground. This role supports festival planning and execution, coordinates volunteers and partners, and keeps logistics running smoothly across a wide range of events.

The Festival Coordinator will support the planning and execution of the annual International Climbers’ Festival (ICF). This position’s primary objective is to assist the Executive Director with ICF-related duties, with a focus on festival logistics, sub-event operations, and volunteer coordination.

This seasonal, hourly contract position runs March–August, with increased hours as the festival approaches. Ideal candidates have event experience, strong people skills, and are excited to work hands-on in Lander, Wyoming. Pay ranges from $20–25/hr depending on experience.
